Can you please look into the issue that I am facing. I am trying to login to the account but I cannot do that as it's asking for verification code. something that we don't because the number that it's sending out the verification code to does not exist in our Profile. Can you please look into the matter and update what are we supposed to do about it. because the only option it shows is of phone and nothing else. something that I am confused about. why cant I get a verification on Email?

Please look into the matter as I need this to be resolved on ASAP basis. As I have new joinee and we are trying to create an account for her but failing to do so because of verification code.
