Can't position Name field on contacts

Can't position Name field on contacts

I have the issue that I cannot position the first name & last names system fields on my contacts form. They are also showing "Created Time", "Modified Time" and "Last Activity Time" fields alongside them which is interfering with my contact layout. Please see screenshots below of what my actual form design should look like and what happens on my app (App running on Ipad Air 2019)

Is this due to be fixed? I have the same issue on a custom module. Can you make the Tim/Modified/Activity fields visible so we can move them to suit our desired layout. And also allow us to move the Name fields correctly.
