Our company just using zoho and facing problem when receiving email with different department, simple situtations as below :
- we have 5 department (let say A,B,C,D,E)
- when someone sending email to us (A-E), the only one department will receive was A .. department B - E can't receive, then if email send to B-E the only one will receive was B .. C-E face same situation as prior
i don't know if email was receive with alphabetically.
