Cant recive mails from one special contact

Hi,

my problem is, that i cant recive mails from EA. We dont recive a mail for a few weeks so EA updated our mails in their system. Today we recived a mail from EA but we cant open it with any browser or system. Another thing is, that this mail was recived by one of our adresses but there are two of our adresses in EAs system. The other one didn´t recived the mail from today.

Can someone help me?
