Can't reply or forward messages in group
Dear users,
I am writing to seek assistance with a technical issue related to the shared inbox for my school's email address. As the headmaster of the school, I created a group with two moderators (me and my secretary) and granted us access to the shared inbox. Although I can view the shared inbox and use the "reply to all" function, I am unable to reply or forward an email directly from the shared inbox. The reply and forward buttons are not visible in the shared inbox, making it impossible to forward emails with attachments or reply to the sender by clicking the reply button.
Since my secretary and I need to have access to all the emails sent to the school's email address and be able to reply or forward them, this issue is causing significant inconvenience. Unfortunately, neither my secretary nor I can reply or forward emails from the shared "secretary" inbox.
I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue – either by adjusting the inbox settings or creating a new shared inbox that allows for replies and forwards.
