Hi there,

My Zoho email is not allowing me to send emails to clients with gmail addresses. Sometimes it'll work on the second try, but sometimes it takes multiple tries to get through. What can I do?

@participants,

Greetings from Zoho Mail Team!

On checking logs, we see the email was successfully relayed but it was rejected by the recipient server Google due to the failure of authentication records.

Upon checking our records, we see that the SPF is incorrectly configured and there is no DKIM record for the domain aid.it, which is a primary cause of the emails getting rejected.

Kindly login to your domain DNS management page, remove the existing SPF record and update the correct SPF record which has been sent as an email response for your support ticket.

Refer to this help document for more details.

Once the records are configured, wait until DNS propagation and then send emails.

Regards,
Gopinath.D

I'm having this same issue. But it's not just gmail. It's MSN and other domains as well, Yahoo too

If your Zoho emails aren't reaching Gmail accounts, here's a quick way to fix it:
Start by checking your domain's SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings. These authentication records are crucial for Gmail to accept your emails. Keep your email content simple. Avoid too many links or attachments, as these might trigger spam filters. If you've received any bounce-back messages, review them for clues on what's causing the issue. Lastly, double-check that the Gmail addresses you're sending to are valid and error-free.
