Cant send mail, says account blocked and I cant unblock

Hi we are having terrible issues with zoho. We are unable to send mail using the account. It says the account is blocked and when I follow the steps to unblock it from the control panel it wont let me. I have already emailed support but got no reply. This causing all sort of problems as I cant reply to clients and I cant figure out why this has happened. Can you please resolve this issue asap. Thanks
