Can't the assigned debug URLs stick for a Flow incorporating a webhook

Hello Flow Team,

When triggering from a webhook, I'm finding that debug/test mode is rather arduous, and almost unusable because every time you want to try another iteration of your flow you're forced to use a new debug hook.

This can end up becoming rather time consuming, especially on more complex flows.

Why not just have a toggle switch between Live and Sandbox like most other developer APIs?
