captcha/verification code not working - Firefox & Safari

Hello - I'm testing a form I created and embedded into my webpage using the following browser applications:

Firefox 3.0.7
Safari 3.2.1

On neither one am I able to successfully submit a form because the form returns the message "Please enter the correct verification code."

I can't find a resolution to these problems on your forum. Please reply with a current solution. The verification code capability is the reason I chose your service.
