Capture responses in CRM

Hello Zoho community,

I have the following problem:

I would like to send an email to a group of people and would like to be actively confirmed that they have read the email.

It would be nice if the email recipient had to press a button and thus confirm the receipt.

I would have preferred if I had a field in Zoho CRM in which the date and time of the confirmation were recorded.

We use ZohoCRM Plus and have access to
- CRM
- Survey
- Forms
- Campaigns

What is the best way to solve the problem?
