We are using Zoho CRM, and the system is working great for grabbing and associating inbound mails with the right accounts or leads. Is there a way to achieve the same thing with outbound mails?
I know that if I click on SEND MAIL while in that Zoho contact record, the outbound mail will be captured and recorded with the account. But I want to see every message sent from my standard email client get captured and stored with the contact history.
I have tired CCing the Zohomail account on all messages, but this does not work. Does the Outlook plug-in perform this function? If so, is there any way to do the same in different SMTP email client?
