Card Scanner - Uploading Biz Card to CRM ??

Card Scanner - Uploading Biz Card to CRM ??

Hello,
I'm trying to use Zoho Card Scanner to capture contact details and the card itself.
However, once I have captured the image, the app is not uploading the pictures to the contact in my CRM.
The contact appears in my CRM, but not the images of the card.
I let 24hrs pass to double check. 

I'm using Android Samsung S8

Appreciate some help
