I would like to know the difference between the 2 applications.

My reason for asking is that we presently installed Card Scan application and noticed that the contacts are automatically saved into our CRM - contacts. The problem is we now have duplicates. Sometimes the contacts or Accounts are maybe not identically written the same as on the business card and that creates a double contact and or account.  I would prefer that it signals the similar contacts and or accounts.

Would in this case the leads app. be better than the card scan ??
