We are migrating our ERP to Zoho One. Our marketing and sales team gets a lot of business card from events. The obvious way is to use Card scanner to upload our leads to the CRM. However, there is a big downside we just found out.

We tried Card Scanner on the following devices:

- iPhone 6, iOS 8 (2016) (version 3.2.4)

- iPhone 7, iOS 10.3.3 (2017) (version 3.2.4)

- Honor 5c, EMUI 5.0.1 (2016) (version 3.2.9)

On the iPhones, Card scanner need about 30 to 60 seconds to recognize the card, when it is recognizing it, which is about 1 out of 3 tries. No blue frame is shown. We are in an office, and holding the phones by hand. When we use a camera foot, it is no better.

On Honor 5C, the card is recognized often within 3-5 seconds, the first time. After saving and uploading it, if we want to take a second card, autofocus is set to far away and can't be set back, borders are not recognized at all, no blue frame is displayed... We need to manually close and purge the app and restart again to get better result.

We are attending an exhibition, where will share lot of business card. For now, we can't consider Card scanner as a solution for the next exhibit. However we would like to see improvement on that app, as it would improve a lot our workflow.

Did we miss something, what requirements are needed for this app to work correctly? Thanks for the help.
