Career Site (Beta) Improvement Suggestions
Hello, I am a big fan of the new careers site. However, it is not usable for my firm yet for several reasons. I hope to see a few more tweaks prior to switching to this new layout. 1: Search: The search bar in the old layout is more comprehensive and frankly more useful. People frequently need to search our job listings by state, and this functionality is simply not available in the new careers page. 2: Zoho Mandatory Fields: Every position on our site is "Full Time" there should be no reason to list full time above every job. It simply takes up space and makes the site less clean lookings. 3: The same is true for the job posting date, there is no need for this information to be shown to potential candidates on our site. It can only serve to hurt our chances of landing a good candidate if the job has been posted for a long time. It also unnecessarily clutters the page. 4: For some reason the site automatically provides the Country, but does not provide the state. All of our jobs are in the United States, there is no reason to provide the Country field on the listing, however the state is Mandatory. We need to swap out the country field for the state field. I would also like the ability to insert the code for the header of my company web page, which is on zoho sites, and the footer as well. However, I know that will be a more complicated fix. The suggestions above should be very easy fixes.

We would like to create a Deal View where the User can see all their deals. For that, we would need an OR to connect the criteria. Very frustrating that as an admin I cannot see what my reports my fellow admins have created and scheduled. After asking about this on the help chat, I was told the issue is trust and security. By giving someone Admin status, it means we trust them with those responsibilities.
