Career site URL - Suggestion to modify URL of non-english job posting

Hi, I would like to suggest making a few modification to career sites that are not in english. Currently, the URL are a mix of different languages and are very long. It makes for very unprofessional looking URLs...

Here is an example of one of our URL on our French Career site :


As you can see highlighted in blue, the "jobs" part of the URL can't be translated. I suggest just removing it and only keeping the name we choose (in pink in this example). Also, if the name of our job posting has accents (here : ingénieur d'application structure) it creates weird characters in the URL (in yellow).  I suggest just replacing accents by the letter without accents, like most websites do. For example :

é, è, ê, ë = being replaced by e
ï, î = being replaced by i
à, â = being replaced by a
etc.

P.S. Also, if the number in the URL could be shorten that would be great, as those URL are way too long.
