Career website looks so old
Hello,
In my opinion, the next very important and necessary update would be for you to work on the career website which looks pretty old and basic. You've made some improvements to the back-end but the front-end is not updated at the same pace, and we (recruitment agency or companies) NEED to make candidates willing to apply to our job offers. The User Experience has to be nice and as flawless as possible, and when I see the job listing integrated to my website, it does look very "html style" where other ATS offer job listing much more appealing.
I would say that the job detail window (when you click on the title) is ok. We have the choice between 5 templates and of course, we are always for more but it's fine.
However the list where all the active jobs are displayed is not as good as it should be. We can change the font, the color and add or remove fields, but we clearly need more appearance options (displaying by list, by post (similar to a blog post with a hover picture, a bit animated),etc.. this type of stuff,...). I know we already told you that but having an "Apply with Linkedin" would be fantastic.
Last but not least, take into consideration that more and more candidates apply with their smartphone, and the job listing as it currently is, does not appear well on these devices. In my job listing, there is 5 columns with fields as "City", "job title", the apply button and so on. But on mobile, it's appearing vertically and not horizontally anymore, which make the list being veryyyy long if you have more than 10 jobs online. We should be able to active some fields for the laptop view and deactivate some for tablets and phone.
Again, please give us much more option to adapt and personalize our career website.
