Suggesting following Enhancements to Case functionality in CRM
(1) Create Case from Email (Email to Case)
(2) Create Case from Incoming Call
(3) Create Case from Sales Inbox
(4) Create Case from Outlook
Note - Using Desk is always not feasible along with CRM. The integration between desk and CRM is very basic and not all modules are available. Hence above enhancements are badly needed.
