Case Studies of Mature Implementations
Hi guys! This is an idea for the Zoho Community team to consider adding webinars/videos of case studies of top-flight Zoho implementations.
I'm a new Zoho customer and CRM Admin. I do not have a great understanding of the how the full suite of Zoho products can come together in a fully integrated, mature deployment. I don't know what's possible, if that makes sense.
What would be super helpful to me (as a new user) would be anyone who would be willing to share case study of how they have implemented the suite of products to address their business and operational challenges. Even more valuable would be a library of case studies for various industries (I work in commercial real estate) so that the examples could be as close as possible to my actual use case.
