Cases and Solutions

Hi,

So we have a web to case form where people ask things like : "How do I turn on my new xxxxx" and it makes a case, and creates a task for someone to answer it.

Because they ask it so often, we have a Solution written "How to turn on your xxxx, do this, do this .."

But ... there seems to be no way from a case to send by email the solution to the guy with the problem. It looks like the solutions are not really connected to anything and cannot be accessed from a case, so at the moment, we just keep them in Notepad, because it is quicker to cut/paste from notepad than it is to leave the case, find the solution, come back to the case etc.

Surely sending a Solution to the case creator is a basic point? Did I miss something?
