Cases and the Google Contextual Gadget for Mail
I am hoping I am missing something and somebody can weigh in on the logic/appropriate workflow for me to solve this issue.
My questions are about cases and the contextual gadget for google mail (which also applies to the zoho mail functionality):
1. Why can't I create a new case from the contextual gadget (or from Zoho mail interface)?
2. Why can't I add an email to a case through the contextual gadget? (or from Zoho mail interface)?
