1. We rent a machine and a potential is created

2. When activities (service) are performed on the machine we make a CASE for the activity (ie. Installation, move)

3. CASE is associated with the machine user at the time (ACCOUNT) and the POTENTIAL (machine itself)

Observation:

- We can see CASES by ACCOUNT

- We CANNOT see CASES by POTENTIAL

Question:

- On the POTENTIAL form is there any way to add list of CASES associated?

Reason:

- Our machines can move to new clients and back to us, we want the history of service to be attached to ACCOUNT and POTENTIAL (as machine moves)

I guess we can use the report generator, but it is quite limited.  Last resort,  I guess we can pay for the Advanced Analytics.  But as all other forms have history, cases, etc., why doesn't POTENTIALS.
