Cases not able to use the "Product Name:" Lookup field

Hi,

My "Cases" Mod (which is named Design Status) has a bug in it now it started on Monday.
If I go to a "Contact" and scroll down & add a "New Case" (or "New Design Status")
When the new "Case" (Design Status) comes up and I click on the "Product Name:" to add a product it says "there are no products" if I click New Product & then add a new product all of the rest of the products show up.

What is going on?

This is making my design team CRAZY!
