Cases v.s. Project ?

I am unsure of where to place my tasks. I am using CRM and would like to get 8 recurring tasks set up for each Case. I am not seeing that functionality in CRM...I see it in Projects but Projects seems to be overkill for my needs. Can anyone suggest a direction?
