With our business when a lead is received it is sent to a subcontractor who is not a user of the system and is not our sales person. I would like to see who is looking after the lead. Once the subcontractor has visited the prospect and presented our company to the prospect and they sign an agreement to do business with us we will then convert the lead to an account.

Obviously we dont want to set all the 100 or so subcontractors up as sales people as they would never log in to the system. Maybe there is a category of sales person that you dont need to pay for a seat for.

What is an easy way to monitor which one of say 100 subcontractors have received the leads so that when it eventually comes in the sales person can then monitor it through form lead to account to potential
