change account owner also change open potentials

change account owner also change open potentials

When I click change owner on accounts module, is says " All contacts, open potentials and open activities of the account will also be transferred to the new owner." but, the system change all, open and closed.

I need help to fix this, maybe a set up problem because I also have problem on forecast module.
