If I create a ZoHo CRM account, populate it with data and customised fields, integrations, etc and operate it for some time, is it possible to change the ownership of the CRM account to another entity (person or company) in future?
Alternatively, is it possible to export the configuration and data and migrate it to another ZoHo CRM account?
I am building a CRM for a client who does not wish to create a ZoHo account at this time. They may or may not establish an account in future. While I am paying for the account I want it in my name. If they take it over I would like to be able to transfer it to their name and have them assume responsibility for payment.
Just want to know how this situation is managed within the ZoHo system please.
