change client user to project user

change client user to project user

I created an account for the PM of vendor we are working with. I have learned that she cannot see the same dashboard, task updates, etc that I can. In this situation there is no reason for her not to see what I see. 

Can I change her account to a project user/employee or do I have to delete her client account and create a new one under the project users?

Any risk to this that I am not thinking of?
