Change Contact Owner

Have read and it indicates I should be able to "mass update", but /contact owner/ is not available on the dropdown. One note says, "you need to have change owner profile permission to use this feature", but haven't been able to find such a thing anywhere. I don't have that many to change, but doing it one-by-one is downright stupid.

Am I missing something?
