Change CRM Contact Hierarchy

Hi,

Is there a way to change an existing crm contact hierarchy? Since we sync the accounts & contacts to Books, the first contact shown in CRM is considered in Books ar the primary contact. Over time, this causes some problems when contact are e.g. leaving the company.
