I have the following task:

Our freelancers should be able to order a new ID (with zoho forms) every year.

I have the Order_deadline field for this.

In addition, a notification send out via workflow 3 days before the deadline.

For the coming year, I have to adjust the deadline to the following year.

What's the best way to do that?
