We are coming from Salesforce where you can rename default fields. They call it "LABELS". The fields name is internal and never change. What they show in the layout is the "LABEL" that can be changed for anything plural and singular as custom fields. OJO
We need to change some default field names. Anybody from anywhere in the world should be able to use any name for default fields. Zoho have to fix it and find the way to allow us to change those names without messing with the internal names. It's a simple concept. If Salesforce did it Zoho can too and have too.
