Change 'default' project dashboard

Is it possible to change the default project dashboard for all projects? Both in layout and in what widgets are shown?

We have a lot of (short-running) projects and I want to quickly see the tasks and milestones when I open a Project, but I don't want to change the layout for all my projects manually.
