In ZohoCRM under Setup -> Templates -> and when I'm editing one of my Templates, I want to change the *From field to be a generic email address, not associated with one of our Zoho user accounts. Is this something that can be done? Or do I have to pay for an additional user (that'll be a dummy user) and then assign them as the From sender?
I tried adding a secondary email and verifying it for my account, but the *From field still doesn't allow me to choose my secondary email. I don't want this email template to get sent out on behalf of our company from my personal account, but I am one of the primary zoho account users for our company.
We are doing Website Integration, with 1 Web form, and then one email gets sent to the end user, and one to our company.
I see the option to define a Record Owner. Should I assign a group Record Owner? And do I need to setup a separate account for that?
Any ideas or suggestions?
