As a manager I want to see what Potentials changed from End of day Yesterday to End of day Today. I'm only interested in the 'Stage' changes. I want to know if there has been any 'movement'. I don't care about other activity on the Potential.

This will let me know how the Pipeline changed from Day to Day, Month to Month.

How do I get this?

Similarly I want to know changes in the 'Lead Status' in Leads module. All I care are the deltas. 

I have tried out Analytics too and I can't figure out how to do this in there either.
