Change in the CRM's Portal URL

Hello Enterprise support community,

Going forward the URL external users use to access the CRM user portal will be changing slightly. The URL will not include a system-defined subdomain instead or the CRM domain.

Example:

Previous portal URL: https://crm.zoho.com/portal/zylker/crm/login.sas

New portal URL: https://zylker.zcrmportals.com/portal/zylker/crm/login.sas

The new URL is being updated in a phased manner by DC. Once updated the old URL will no longer work. If users try to access the old URL they will automatically be redirected to the new URL.

You should have already received an email on this change. Please update any bookmarks you have accordingly. Please reach out to your enterprise support addresses if you are having any issues.
