Change in time logs API endpoint

¿Was there a change in the "Get My Time Logs" API endpoint? [1]

It previously allowed me to fetch timelogs for all users in our portal using "user_list=all", which is still documented there:

But starting on January 20th I'm only allowed to fetch my own timelogs.

¿How can I get all the timelogs for a specific date now? saraswathi from the support chat told me I should use the "Get All Time Logs" endpoint [2] but it requires a project, which would mean I'd have first to go through all projects. ¿Is it the expected way to do that now?
