Hi,

I have a problem with the initial balance for team members who joined the company before 2020. In the "Initial Balance" module I can only see the leave count as of the beginning of 2021, but I need to change the initial balance of three team members who joined the company in June 2019. Their Holiday count is wrong, because the initial balance wasn't changed when they were added, so now they have 10 more holidays avialable than they should (in Austria we get 25 days of holiday a year, but since they started in June, they should only have 15 days for 2019 which messes up the total count of available days until now.

Unfortunately I just took over HR topics in 2020 and started adding new employees correctly in regards to holidays. I hope someone has had a similar problem and can help me solve it!
