Change of domain provider cant receive emails

Change of domain provider cant receive emails

I've recently moved my domain registrar from Godaddy to Namecheap and now am unable to receive emails in Zoho Mail.

I've updated MX records to point to Zoho as per instructions, and can sent mail, but cannot receive. 

Any ideas?
