Change Owner from API

Hi, I'm trying to update my owner in row, i tryed with a workflow, with Assignment Rules, with API and user id, but i can't updated from API.

my module is CustomModule3. i do:

CustomModule3 Owner_ID

CustomModule3 Owner

but, nothing is working.

please help me.

PD: This must be automatic i can't edit the form for change the owner.
