Change Ownership

I'd like the ability to not only share a document, but if someone wants to take over ownership to change ownership at which point the document moves to their zoho space and they have the ability to totally control (or delete it). I posted this here as I think this should apply to all Zoho areas, Docs, Notbook, Wiki's etc.
