We are using Zoho Books for sending quotes, order confirmations, and purchase orders. Since Zoho (CRM and Books) doesn't have the feature for RFQ's, we are using the Purchase module in CRM for this.

Whenever we create an RFQ and send this to our supplier, we get the prefix "PO_" in the filename and the RFQ subject as the rest of the name of the file. Now, having the subject of the RFQ as filename works (even though I'd want another solution), but I'd really would like to change the prefix from PO to RFQ.

I know there's an option to do this when exporting/sending, but this still requires manual hands-on. Can a Deluge function do the trick?
