Change Task Default Priority from "High: to "Normal"

Change Task Default Priority from "High: to "Normal"

Hello,

Any one know how to change the Task default Priority check box from "High: to "Normal"

It's annoying having to change it from High to Normal. Normal is also all the way on the bottom of the list..
