Change the "From" Email name, not email address when sending emails from CRM

Change the "From" Email name, not email address when sending emails from CRM

When I send an email to a lead from the CRM, it is using the correct email address, but it is also using my name (i.e, my first and last name from my Zoho CRM account).  I want it to use my company's name instead.

So, instead of John Doe <john.doe@johnscompany.com>

I want it to be

Company Name <john.doe@johnscompany.com>.

How do I do this?
