Hello,

At the moment when sending a scheduled report through the reports scheduler, Zoho sends the reports signed by Zoho TEAM.

It is supposed to be sent by the user and the user should decide how it looks and what the mail says.

I have configured my signature and company logo, so it should not sign the report by the Zoho TEAM.

I am not sure if to consider this as an Idea or if it should actually be considered as a bug...?

Update as of October 2023:

We are happy to inform you that the option to create templates for the Report Scheduler emails is available. You can start creating your first template within the Report Scheduler configuration page.

Creating templates for report scheduler emails

Once you've created the template, it will be listed along with the list of email templates in the CRM system. The templates are marked as created for the Reports module.
Setup > Customization > Templates > Email Templates
