Change Time Zone fro an event

Change Time Zone fro an event

I'm adding some events to my calendar and I need to create them in PST time zone. I'm in EST time but these event are occurring in another time zone so I need to create them in the correct time zone so when I travel they show correctly.

How can I do it?

Example I have a Dinner with a customer in LasVegas at 6pm on May 10. During event creation I can't change the time zone to PST so it shows in my calendar as 6PM EST. 

I'm guessing when I get to Las Vegas it will show at 3PM EST which will be confusing.
