Changed Website to a New Host. Do I need to reverify my domain?

I initially created my domain emails with Zoho mail, as I was using Wix and they did not provide domain emails at no cost. I have now moved my domain to Bluehost. I have already set up my domain emails through Bluehost, but since their open source inboxes are terrible, I would like to access email through Zoho again. I was able to update my MX records on my new host, but there is no dns record for CNAME in my Bluehost c-panel because my domain was previously verified with Wix. Is there a way to re-verify my domain with my new host provider? I don't want to delete it in my Zoho control panel because I don't want to lose all of my previous emails.
