I'm trying to change my default calendar view to use Asian date format yyyy-mm-dd, 24hr clock and start the week on Monday. Every time I make these changes I get confirmation that its successful. However, its only partially successful.  

The week view is correct, the month view is not: the day name tags do start Monday, but the actual calendar grid still shows Sunday as the first day, with the day number correct for Sunday.  The time and date format are correct.

Once I reconnect/reload the page, everything reverts to default: mm/dd/yyyy, 12hr clock and Sunday as the first day of the week.
