Changes to social campaigns in Zoho Campaigns
Note: This post is relevant if you're a social campaigns user.

Below are the changes with that we'll be rolling out by May 10, 2023:
Removal of Facebook page campaigns

Please read on to learn more about these changes in detail.
Removal of Facebook page campaigns
Since Facebook has deprecated the APIs, it will not be possible for us to provide the same level of service and functionality with regard to Zoho Campaigns' Facebook integration. After May 10, 2023, you will no longer be able to create new Facebook page campaigns or share existing campaigns on your Facebook pages.
Note: You will still be able to view your already existing page campaigns but won't be able to edit them.
Removal of social campaigns
After much consideration and evaluation, we've decided to remove the social campaigns feature from Zoho Campaigns. You'll no longer be able to integrate with Facebook, LinkedIn, Tumblr, and Twitter after May 10, 2023. However, you will still be able to share your campaigns on your social media channels manually.
We understand that social media is an important part of marketing for many businesses. However, we'd like to focus on email marketing and strengthen its capabilities first along with SMS Campaigns. For a comprehensive approach to marketing across multiple channels, we recommend using Zoho Marketing Automation.
Note: We're also actively working on integrating Zoho Social to offer you an improved social media marketing experience. We will keep you informed of the final dates.
