For leads I have a lead status, live/warm/cold/dead. I would like to change this status based on the number of days since the last update to the record. What is the easiest way to do this. I have tried to create a workflow but it doesn't seem possible to set a rule for number of days since last update, just a date itself.
Can I create a new field called age calculated by a formula and use that instead? Are formula fields automatically updated or do they deed to be edited and saved? I tried mass updating but their doesn't seem to be a generic mass update for formulas?
Any help would be awesome.
